If you are booking a private contracted event for 20 or more people you may order from one of our special menus.

Madison Menu

$35 per head

Please select 4 options from the menu below.  We will print custom menus for your party on the night of your event

all selections include a soup of the day, cheddar ale soup or house salad course, main entree and seasonal dessert course.

grilled new york strip steak (chef's prep)

alabama white bbq chicken-garlic mashed potatoes, seasonal veggies

chicken gorgonzola roasted tomatoes, shallots, garlic, shell pasta, gorgonzola cream sauce

seasonal risotto (can be vegetarian)

wild alaskan salmon (chef's prep)

stuffed rainbow trout pan-seared idaho trout, spinach-mushroom filling, rosemary beurre blanc, wild rice

meatloaf-bacon wrapped bison, beef & pork, caramelized onion gravy, mashers

$50 per head

If you order from the Yellowstone menu we encourage you to let us cook for you and create a menu experience like nothing you've ever experienced.
